BLUE ENERGY
TEAM

KEY PEOPLE

Christopher Dean has been the CEO of Blue Energy since its foundation in 2010 and was, with Mark Healey, its co-founder. By background, a Chartered Surveyor, Chris brought a wealth of experience to the renewable energy industry following a diverse career in property development and management. Much of this was spent at a senior and executive level, which encompassed investment, development, valuation, funding and planning. Chris was recognised as a respected advisor and became regional head of office at Savills PLC, Manchester. During his tenure at Savills, Chris was instrumental in some of the North West’s highest profile regeneration and new builds, which collectively realised more than 6m sq. ft. of new development. Prior to forming Blue Energy, Chris established a niche property development and investment company, which specialised in environmental remediation and large-scale mixed-use urban regeneration projects. Chris is the majority shareholder of the BE Group.
